Simon serves East Asian churches in America, building leaders and training co-workers for a men’s ministry called Trailhead Fellowship. His wife Juliana has a ministry with pastors' wives and East Asian women. After many years in corporate leadership Simon sensed a call to seminary training and then served on a church planting ministry team for five years. Together they seek to build stronger and healthier leaders for churches. They joined LeaderSource in 2022.
